Shipping Policy

Shipping times & rates - International: Standard shipping - 12-25 Business days - FREE for orders over $99

Package Protection (lost, stolen, or damaged): We are partnered with Route Package Protection, so you are fully covered in every aspect of your TWELFTH experience.

Customs & Import Duty: Although the shipping cost is covered on orders over $99, customs duties are not included in the total at checkout. The customs agency determines them within the destination country. Payment of any duties and import taxes is the recipient's responsibility, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery. Customs, duty, and taxes are non-refundable.
